Mallika Sherawat feeling insecure

The film by Saket Choudhary is going to present Mallika like she has never been seen before. No, the lissome belle is not shedding anymore clothes. On the contrary, she will be shown in a de-glamorized avatar in the film.

The movie has Mallika playing Trisha, a simple but courageous girl who runs away from her own wedding because she does not want to tie the knot. Then she has a three-year-long relationship with a DJ ( Rahul Bose ) whom she later proposes for marriage.

The film also has VJ Sophie Choudhary playing a very successful item girl named Tania. She is like ‘Baby Doll 3’.
In keeping with her character, Sophie is shown as an immensely sexy girl in the film.

Now, when the Mallika of oomph gets sidetracked by a relative newcomer in providing titillation on the big screen, some friction is bound to be there.

So, sources in the film’s shooting unit say that during the making of the movie, Mallika and Sophie did not get along well. The two would simply follow the director’s instructions, shoot their portions and would head back home after the work was over. The two ladies rarely hung around or struck an amicable conversation.

Sophie says she has “no negative feelings” for Mallika but also admits in the same breath that she and Mallika are “not best of friends.”

Sophie claims that she is at her “sexiest best” in some scenes in the film. This fact may not go well with Mallika who is shown as a plain Jane.

‘Pyar Ke Side Effects’ releases on September 15.
