National award winning actress Konkona Sen Sharma love challenging roles. Amd that’s why she’s out to shock her audiences in a rather unusual film titled Deadline sirf 24 ghante. Considering it is a suspense thriller, shooting for the film wasn’t easy for her, she claims. But luckily, she had a veteran co-star Irrfan Khan who had worked in several suspense thrillers earlier and he helped her prepare for the role. Konkona says, “Everyone on the sets has to maintain the level of suspense, which needs to get heightened with every scene. The tension keeps esvalating with every frame. The film is set in 24 hours, but we shot for 24 days and we had to put in a lot of extra work and energy to keep the film in the same spirit.”
