Katrina Kaif dares to go against boyfriend Salman Khan

Katrina Kaif, who is mostly seen in Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan starrers has finally dared to go against boyfriend Salman and after signing a movie opposite Salman’s biggest enemy, Shahrukh Khan, she has gone ahead and is working with Salman’s next big opponent, John Abraham.
The credit of getting this ‘almost impossible’ change to a ‘possible reality’ goes to Yash Chopra as he managed to convince Katrina to do a movie with John Abraham and Niel Nitin Mukesh in the lead. The movie which is tentatively titled ‘New York’ will be directed by Kabir Khan, who had earlier directed ‘Kabul Express’ with John in the lead.
It may be mentioned here that in one of his interviews Salman had expressed that he would not appreciate Kat working with SRK, Vivek or John. As for now, the shooting of the film has already started and John Abraham, Katrina Kaif and Neil Nitin Mukesh, were there in Philadelphia as the crew along with director Kabir Khan filmed some action scenes in and around the PNC Bank Building.

Salman Khan, media’s favorite guy is once again in news for his love interest. He had affair with many actresses in his life in past like – Sangita Bijlani, Somi Ali,Aishwarya Rai, but he was never successful in a single affair that might have matured into a marriage. Repeating the reel, his relations with Katrina Kaif also seems to be on strained node.
When asked from Niraj Manchanda, the popular numerologist and tarot card reader about the stumbling love life of Salman, he made some interesting predictions. While looking at Salman’s handwriting, Niraj told that he is very egoistic and that he mixes ego with love.
Also while evaluating his numbers Niraj explained that “the number of the film scripted by Salman Khan (Veer) comes to 18 which is a disastrous number.”
Niraj, being asked about the solutions to Salman’s problems said that there was a common solution to Salman’s both professional and personal problems. “If he wants a very successful career, he should get married to Katrina soon. Marriage will bring stability in his personal life and the positive vibes brought in by Katrina will even help his professional career” says Manchanda.

Katrina Kaif may play role of Scarlett in Prabhakar Shukla’s Movie

Renowned Bollywood director Prahakar Shukla is all set to make a movie on a tragic incident of rape and murder of 15 years old British tourist Scarlett Keeling who was found dead on a beach in Goa in February.
Prabhakar Shukla told The Times that he would start shooting of the movie Rave Party from July in Goa and is in contact with Katrina Kaif for the proposed role of playing act of Scarlett. He further said he wished to reveal less known facts about the Portugese colony that is know as “hippy paradise” and have become shelter for drug peddlers and addicts. According to Shukla, ‘The whole film is about drug abuse and the exploitation of tourist” and he further said just not in India but in entire world real life cinema is attracting tourists. He has yet to meet Scarlett’s mother MacKeown and hopefully meet him on planned trip to Britain next month.
According to the comments reported to ‘The Times’ Mrs MacKeown said she is in doubt about the movie that might depict Scarlett in bad shade rather than her killers and police that was lenient in dealing with culprits. “I’d like to know how they’re going to portray it, or I won’t approve it,” she told The Times. “I’m not sure about calling it Rave Party. Scarlett was not at a party. She was raped and murdered on the beach.”
However, Scarlett’s case is recognized as one of the most brutal of a series of recent sexual assaults on foreign women tourist and most of them being female have raised concern about the safety of female tourists in Indian during last six month.

Akshay and Katrina bond at the cricket field

Their superb chemistry set the screens afire in the hits like ‘Humko Deewana Kar Gaye’ , ‘Namastey London’ and ‘Welcome’. They will also be seen next in ‘Singh Is Kinng’ which will hit the theatres in August. Their chemistry also set the shutters clicking at Delhi’s Ferozshah Kotla Stadium where though they appeared as supporters from rival teams, the duo bonded together like thick friends. Akshay was supporting Delhi Daredevils and Katrina was supporting Bangalore Royal Challengers. Both the actors were wearing T-shirts of their respective teams and stood chatting comfortably enjoying each other’s company. Are Salman Khan and Twinkle Khanna listening?

Family drama on the sets of ‘Singh is Kinng’

Produce Vipul Shah has come up with a novel idea to keep the cast of his film ‘Singh is Kinng’ happy. All his cast members have taken their families along for the two-month-long schedule at Goa Coast in Australia.Katrina Kaif is staying along with her family, her mom and sisters, in the apartments at Q1, world’s tallest residential tower. Vipul Shah and Akshay Kumar are also there with their families, following which there is a considerable kids group on the sets. The ‘bachcha party’ includes Akshay’s six-year-old son Aarav, Vipul’s sons six-year-old Aryaman and five-year-old Maurya and kids of the line producers.
Talking about it Vipul says, “It becomes extremely difficult to stay away from your family for over two months. We have a start-to-finish schedule at Gold Coast, and that’s when I asked everyone to bring their families along.”
